Crossfire is the first map I completed for Firearms|Source. On of my favourite aspects of the gameplay of the original Firearms is its emphasis on tight chokepoint-heavy combat. I tried to recapture that feeling with this map but make the maps longer so players have a larger variety conflict zones.

I was lucky enough to have a very dedicated testing team during the development of this map. I was able to test new gameplay iterations 2-3 times a week for months. It was wonderful for seeing how different level paths and routing worked out.
